Is motocross safe or dangerous?

i need to know if its safer than football or a physicl sport

i find it more dangerous than lets say nascar but not really b/c the cars r gonin a lot fast but there is little protestion 4 motocross football it is about the same b/c it is hard contact so they r all real dangerous
