No, I think they should make a rule that NASCAR never makes it to TV.That's a tough one to determine because what if you try to pay someone back and you end up wrecking someone else that's not really fair to the person you wrecked and then they would get to pay you back so no I don't think they should make a rule about that. I think if you bump the person that caused you problems or do something similar to it and it doesn't cause a lot of cosmetic damage NASCAR shouldn't make such a big deal about it.
