Are the Formula 1 cars on 4x4 system or 4x2 system? (Give a source if possible please)?

Any fans of dirt track racing here?

All F1 cars are by regulation 4x2, according to:

a: Article 9.1 of the 2007 FIA technical regulations:

"No transmission system may permit more than two wheels to be driven."

and

b: Article 12.2:

"The number of wheels is fixed at four."

Where can i find parts for a 1989honda cr 250 dirtbike.?

The only 4 X 4 Formula 1 design I believe was Dr. Porsches version of an Electric F1 car...the year? 1900...slightly shead of his time.
