I hear alot about the girls that actually drive cars and are getting into nascar that they compare to danica at indy and melany in drag racing. How are they really doing? which ones are going somewhere?

Danica Patrick is the best but watch for Katherine Legge in the Champ car series to make some noise as she gains more experience. Danica and Katherine both spent time in Champ car's feeder series, the Toyota Atlantic series, and Katherine won three races in that series while Danica didn't win any.Who is the best nascar driver ever and why?

Danica is ok, Erin has potential, Legge has won a race, but if you want women driver that win go to the NHRA. Melanie Troxel is a top 3 driver in Top Fuel Dragster and Angelle Sampey is the winningest ever in Pro Stock Bike. But, if you want a future star, look no further than Stephanie Mockler. She's a 18 year-old USAC Midget & Sprint Car racer from Indiana that has A LOT of moxie and is gonna make many a man look bad on the dirt tracks of the Midwest.Have you met your favorite NASCAR driver?

Danica Patrick is a new breed and doing very well(most leagues do not want to give the female a chance in the mens world!) in other sports,drag racing Cha-Cha Muldowney was a very top racer,very good driver and a winner,,Janet Guthrie also did well, but unless given a chance and a good sponser don't expect much,,Evernham sports is grooming a female driver for the future, not sure which division she has been racing Remax or something,not sure.Has Alonso has an edge over Michael Schumacher?
tina gordon,angie wilson,Milka DunoDanica Patrick, as of now, has the best results but in my opinion is highly overrated. She never won a championship in the Toyota Atlantic Series (or a race to my knowledge) but is racing in the IRL just because she posed in Maxim and is a moneymaker. She's a good person, and all, but last year in great equipment she couldn't win.
Erin Crocker may be the best driver but she is still too inexperienced. I'd suggest she races in ARCA but with NASCAR's "Drive for Diversity" she'll be rushed up to Busch. Her inexperience is proven because she qualifies well but doesn't have the stock car experience, yet. Similar to AJ Foyt IX, Tyler Walker and when Dave Blaney first started.
I personally like Erica Enders in the NHRA, she's won a few times. I thought Deborah Renshaw was pretty good, but she can't find a ride.
There will be great female drivers in the next 2-5 years but most of them as of now, are rushed because of their marketing appeal. When the owner puts her in ARCA for 1-2 seasons then to Trucks or Busch, you'll see the impact made.
