I have a Dale jr. card that is a aurthentic autographed ,it is his rooky card from 1999.

You can look up it's relative value in any price guide (tuff stuff, Beckett,etc.) but it;s only worth what you can sell it for.Who will get a dnf at michigan today?
A good place to look is in Beckett, it would give you a pretty good idea of how much it is worth. Being that it is his rookie card and it is signed it should be worth a little bit. I would not sell it if I was you...It will be worth more in a couple years.How much should pay for a new 2006 KLR650?
Check a "Becketts Price Guide".These are the most up to date for collectibles.But a little advice when a card is autographed the value of the card drops,the autograph is called damage.So an autograph collector that specializes in sports may offer more.
I would get a Beckett or Tuff Stuff price guide( about $6) and see how much its worth then think about having it graded!
