I should think again very seriously. How many righthand turns are there in a NASCAR NEXTEL CUP Season?
Two words.."Duct Tape".just kidding. You can mount the motor to the chassis by drilling corresponding holes and bolting it in. I would plate the drilled areas prior to mounting the motor as drilling the holes will compromise the integrity of the frame.
How do you do a wheelie on a 125cc suzuki dirt bike.?
I have done this when I was a teen, You have to know some welding. The only other way is to get a Go-cart frame. The main benefit to having a (real) frame is the front axial steering kingpins in place. I was never satisfied with mine the way the toe in would be on turning. Steering arms and push pad type brakes are easy enough to construct. Take a look at store bought Go-cart and get an idea on that part. The problem with lawn mower engines is their out put shaft is at the bottom. This makes hooking it to the axial a bit tricky, you can use a secondary shaft but it is a pain. A twisted belt can work if the distance is long enough to allow the belt to twist. Look for a side output engine. Makes a lot easier time of things. Good luck, it really was a lot of fun
