Might just be a faulty design of the part. Take it in and see what code comes up. I have a 1996 Old's Ciera that every so often the engine light comes on and it's because the injectors are dirty. "service engine soon" usually signals a problem in the fuel, spark, or exhaust. It can be numerous things, usually something stupid. Take it to the dealer when the light is on and they can read the error code and tell you what is wrong.More Questions & Answers...
