1987 Yamaha Warrior won't crank with the switch, what's wrong?

Question:Cranks fine with the pull start but not the electric starter. Turns over great but will not start. Have put on a new starter relay, starter, and checked every thing I can think of. What in the world is keeping the electric starter from starting it when the pull start works fine? HELP!
