I was recentley at Atlanta Motor Speedway and a burning piece of hot rubber seared my wife. The rubber came off of Dale Eranhardt Jr.'s car. But it happend at Atlanta Motor Speedway. But it was a good year tire. I'm confused. Who should i sue?

Well if you're suing, you're going to need a lawyer anyways, so I would just suggest going ahead and getting a consultation with one, and they can advise a plan of action. But before you do that, I would recommend contacting the facility and seeing if they will just do something about it, or at least point you to who you need to talk to, and then see if who you're pointed to will do something about it.

Atlanta. They should have their arena safe. Tires can sometimes fly off from cars too and go into the crowd because the arena wasn't safe. Now if you decide not to sue because the rubber came off from Jr's tire then u are completely dumb

i was a lawyer for the state of Iowa for 32 years, although nascar doesn't believe Iowa is a state there is drag racing here. In most instances you would most likely sue the proprietor of the establishment, the racetrack owner.
