No, this is very unlikely. Even if Audi did offer a v-10 for the TT, the car would still not have the proper power to weight ratio. A 2006 Dodge Viper with a stock V-10 has 510hp, and weighs 3410lbs, giving it a power to weight ratio (weight/horsepower = PTW ratio) of 6.7, or 6.7 pounds of weight for every single horsepower. It's quartermile time is low to mid 11's. Now an Audi TT comes standard with a 250hp V-6, and weighs 3683 pounds. Lets say you could take the Viper engine and swap it into the TT (God I would NOT want that job); you would effectively double the horsepower. but would add at least 200 pounds in weight. Even giving the benefit of the doubt and leaving out that extra 200 pounds, the power to weight ratio is roughly 7.2, a considerably worse number than the Viper, but much better than the stock ratio for the V-6 TT of 14.7. Even in the equally unlikely event that Audi borrowed from its own warehouse and used the Murcielago's 580hp V-12, the ratio would only be 0.02 better than the Viper's. Let's just say if the fastest production Lamborghini in the world can't run an 8 second (I doubt the make it into the 10's stock) 1/4 mile right off the showroom floor, then I doubt there could ever be a factory-produced Audi that gets close.

there are a lot of variables to your question. how much horsepower, torque, etc... but still, no.
1) you'll never see a v10 in a stock audi tt. you'll never even see a v8.
2) the bugatti veyron won't even run an 8 second 1/4 mile and its got 1001 hp. to get those kind of numbers you're gonna have a specially built car.

If the Audi TT has a V10 stock it would be imposible to handle, being allready a car with bad handling with a four cylinder and worst with the V6.

An Audi TT does NOT weigh that much. An '07 V6 model weighs 3152 pounds but Mitch has the just of it. Better to save the money and add twin turbos, tubs, slicks, nitrous, and strip the interior on the Viper then you might attain 8 sec runs.
