Some half-helmets come with a padded vinyl or leather skirt that zips onto the bottom edge of the helmet to provide a bit of wind protection and warmth for your ears and back of your neck when riding in cooler weather. They don't really help that much with noise reduction, and if that's why you want one, you really should consider ear plugs instead.
If your current helmet didn't have one of these leather skirts included from the manufacturer, it would probably be easier just to replace the entire helmet with a new one that comes with a skirt.

I'm assuming you're concerned with wind noise while riding a motorcycle...right? Wear ear plugs!! Doesn't matter what type of helmet you have on, wind noise is the leading cause of hearing loss in motorcyclists. I use the foam plugs you roll between your fingertips until they are pointed enough to stick in you ear and expand in the ear canal. Reduction in wind noise is amazing and makes a ride much more enjoyable...with or without a helmet.
