Who Will Take Home the Nextel Cup This Year?

micheal schumaker,

Carl Edwards ESPN cover?

That would be the great Juan Manuel Fangio from Argentina.
michaeldandyk, obviously you are relatively new to F1 racing or you wouldn't pose the question of comparing the great Juan Manuel Fangio to Michael Schumacher and his records. I was fortunate enough to see him drive a handful of exhibition laps at the 1998 Brazilian GP in one of the Maserati's he used during his racing days. That car was extremely cumbersome and I can only imagine what it was like driving the car around the demanding old 14-mile Nurburgring.
Fangio's five World Championships, 24 wins, 28 poles, 48 front row starts and 23 fastest race laps were all done in 51 races over eight seasons. Four of his five world championships were in consecutive years. He also finished second in the WC twice and 14th in his final year (1958) when he only drove in two grands prix.
The great Stirling Moss once said Fangio could have a car that was 10 percent lesser in performance than anyone else had and he would still beat you.
There is no questioning Michael Schumacher's talent, however, Fangio was 39 when he drove his first F1 race and he won his last at 46. He was the greatest, even better than one of my all-time favourites, the late Jim Clark

Does anyone else hate jeff gordon and/or jimmy johnson like i do?

Fangio, no question

'Ever been told the Shoei RF-1000 helmet would prevent death by head inj? Pls give name, addr, # of promisor.

Juan Manuel Fangio.

Fangio is the Pele of Formula One - a South American genius against whom all others are measured.
The Argentine's record of five titles may have been beaten by Schumacher's relentless march, but it is difficult to imagine how Fangio's career statistics will ever be matched.
He won his five titles in just eight years, and with four different teams. His 24 victories came in just 51 Grands Prix.
That is a win rate of just over one every other race.
It is even more remarkable when you consider that Fangio's best years were probably behind him before he even raced in F1.
He was nearly 39 at the inception of the world championship in 1950 and he won his first title at the age of 40. He drove his greatest race - victory in the 1957 German Grand Prix - at 46.
His rivals - including Stirling Moss - acknowledged that Fangio was on a different level, both as a driver and as a man, for he was regarded as setting a standard for sporting behaviour as well as driving ability.

Is drift racing an actual underground scene in Japan?

This all comes down to individual choice. If it the best ever performer it has to be Schumacher, but for a driver with skill, knowledge, ability and determination is has to be Mansell

Who HONESTLY thinks that JERK jeff deserved that win?? I DON'T !?

Michael Schumacher
