For skill: Senna, Alesi, Giles Villeneuve + MansellFor Success: Michael Schumacher.. but that's only because he used team politics in '94 & '95 to slow down his team mates (Johnny Herbert & JJ Lehto could lap faster than him, until Flavio Briatore restricted how much testing they could do) + he's hardly had any worthy competition since the exit of the likes of Mansell, Prost, Senna, Hill & Hakkinen and with Jacques Villeneuve being stuck with crap cars since '98... while the McLarens looked set to finish ahead of Michael many times, only to breakdown. And of course there was more team politics being played when Barrichello was his team mate at Ferrari, when Rubens was on for a win or a podium, and the team asked him to move over for Michael.
Hopefully Raikkonen, Rosberg, Alonso & Montoya will start putting that right.
