Is it better to buy the 650gs dakar or the 650 gs and then add better tires and any other accesories?

That depends on how much and what type of off-road riding you want to do. The dakar comes well-equipped for average off-roading and would probably save you money over buying all those accessories separately. If you plan to ride on the street alot, however, you might want to get the GS and another set of accessories that you can change out when you go off-roading.More Questions & Answers...
