Obviously the 24 team has had it's struggles this year. Do you think it's the crew chief holding him down and does Hendrick need to send him packing and find a new one. If so, who should replace him?

Yes. But you can't let Gordon off of the hook either. They are not communicating and Letarte doesn't have a clue as to how to improve a race car. But Jeff is (all of the sudden) awful at adapting to changes. They need a new, experienced, winning crew chief (Hendrick can afford it) who can work with and if need be, stand up to Gordon. No more of this hireing from within. It hasn't worked since Ray Evernham. And Loomis was a looser with Petty motorsports. Why in the h*** did they think he could win with Hendrick.

you cannot blame letart for gordon busting a rotor and smacking the wall.Gordon is a seasoned driver and all though i dont like him i must admit he does have talent and he should be able to win or at least place well no matter who is on the box.

Not at all! They've had a lot of bad luck. Dominated Talladega, but got shuffled out of the draft late.was in the top5 all day at Pocono, but had a brake failure..and there's more. The Hendrick team is running good and as much as I hate to say it..he'll be back at the top soon enough.
