Any tips on Autographs at a Cubs Game?
1. OF Rickey Henderson OAK; I hate lineups full of homerun hitters. Henderson is #1 in MLB history in Runs, Stolen Bases and he is #2 in walks (the greatest leadoff hitter ever).2. SS Honus Wagner PIT; another great table setter. .327 career hitter with 8 batting titles.
3. OF Babe Ruth NYY; .342 career average (10th alltime), 714 HR (3rd), 2,217 RBI (2nd).
4. OF Ted Williams BOS; .344 BA (7th), while his 521 HR and 1839 RBI seem a little short remember Williams lost almost 5 full seasons to WWII and Korea in the prime of his career.
5. 1B Jimmie Foxx PH-A; .325 BA, 534 HR, Foxx was also a 3x MVP and a 9x all-star.
6. 3B Mike Schmidt PH-N; 548 HR, 3x MVP, 12x all-star, 10x gold gloves.
7. 2B Jackie Robinson BRK; MVP, ROTY, 6x all-star. Certainly not the greatest 2B statistically but being the "greatest ever" is sometimes about more than statistics.
8. C Johnny Bench CIN; 14x all-star, 10x gold gloves, 2x MVP, ROTY.
9. SP Satchel Paige CLE
SP Roger Clemens HOU
SP Nolan Ryan HOU
SP Warren Spahn MIL
SP Cy Young BOS
CP Dennis Eckersley OAK; while you can debate between two or three guys at each position the debate for pitchers is endless. Anyway that's my list, take it or leave it.

What stadium did the philadelphia starts play in?
While you should be applauded for dipping into the early part of the 20th century, your lineup sort of lacks a couple of key components. Here's mine- and I can explain each
1B- Gehrig is not a bad choice, I think for pure power- and I know some of it was steroid driven, Mark McGwire is a better choice. There will be enough knock in runs guys in this lineup already, so you put McGwire in at 4th or 5th and just let him slug.
2B- Hornsby is an excellent choice. Would be an excelllent number two hitter. Joe Morgan was faster, and you may need some speed in this lineup.
SS- Wagner was great in his time, but I think Cal Ripken proved to be a much better hitter, more power, and better defensively. Even if Ripken only ended up batting seventh, could still provide RBI threat and pop.
3B- Schmidt is probably the best at this position. You'd have to find a lefty bat to squeeze in my lineup between him and McGwire, but there have been no better than Schmidt. Eddie Matthews didn't do it as long, and George Brett was not nearly the threat Schmidt was
RF- Babe Ruth was a natural right fielder. What few remember is that he could hit in his prime for a decent average. As great was Williams was, Ruth hit for more power, and had a great arm- pitching in the 1910's.
CF- Willie Mays. Mays could do it all. Musial was not really great defensively. Mays could run, played great defensively, and gave the long ball. Probably hits third in my lineup.
LF- Hank Aaron. He has to be here. 3,600 hits, 755 HR, just one of the premier hitters the game had ever seen. While there are not many lefties in my lineup, guys like Mays and Aaron had no trouble hitting righties.
C- Mike Piazza. Yes, he was not great defensively, and if he had held his offense together longer Ivan Rodriguez would have eclipsed him because of his defense, but he has hit over 400 HR.
My rotation would include Matthewson- who is greatly underrated today, but was dominant in the 1900's, Johnson- who could get batters out in any era, Steve Carlton, who will never get his due but put up some huge years in Philadelphia in the 1970's, you can leave Koufax if you want, and Warren Spahn- yes, three lefties, but Spahn was tremendous. Two bullpen guys- and I know you didn't linclude them in your list- Rollie Fingers and Mariano Rivera
