Wade Boggs had the strangest pre bat and pre game ritual I've ever heard of. He ate baked chicken(only the thigh) before every game. Before every at bat he would step out of the box and make an Indian good luck symbol in the dirt by dragging his left toe in a circle and then making a cross through it with his right toe.Mark McGwire would blink like crazy before stepping in the box.
Mickey Mantle would take shots of whiskey before every at bat J/K lmao.
