Why is baseball your favorite time of year?
Question:Baseball is my favorite time of the year, for many reasons.
First, it pulls me out of the nastiness that is winter in the northeast.
Second, it reminds me of dirty water dogs at the stadium, and cheering and believing in something that is way beyond my control, but yet I feel as though my voice and my faith makes a difference.
Third, my grandfather was a yankee fan, who passed it to my dad, who passed it to me. We go to several games a year together and it is my favorite thing in the world!

Baseball actually takes up the majority of the year. With the playoffs it's about seven months: April 1st - late October / early November. That's not counting spring training.
