Why are the Nationals doing so well recently?

Question:I think it's because of Austin Kearns. Did you see that catch on Thursday?

Answers:

Who do you think will most likely win or is due for a win or loss in todays games in the MLB?

I believe that with a 162 game season that balance dictates that a team is never as bad as it looks during a cold streak, and like wise it is not quite as good as it appears during a hot streak. It's the end of the schedule that dictates how good a ballclub was throughout that whole season.

The Nationals are doing well because they do have some talent, and all though they are by far not expected to do anything in the NL east, they aren't going to just lay down and die either. Like most teams they can assemble a roster of sufficient major league talent even if that only leads to say 70 wins.

Lets just say you are Barry Bonds' personal trainer...?

It was only a matter of time. They will be lucky to win 70 games
though. They should built on 2005's team. (#61,#12) Stan

It is just a bump in the road. Things will equal out as the season goes on .They will fall off into misery soon again.

The question is: If I ruled the sports world I would.?

I dont know and I dont really care. All I know is that they are going down tonight and tommorow. GO CARDINALS!!

Worse hair - John Kruk or Orel Hershiser?

Why are the LA Angels scores not showing up when I've added them to my list of teams on the MLB scoreboard?

I was laughing to myself that people actually though the Nats could touch the Mets 40 win season of '62 when they were struggling early on. People don't understand it's only a slump of April? When they've played like 15 games?!?!?! Yeah, the Nats ain't all that bad...If a miracle occurs, they could win 75. They'll win at least 60.
