Is Jimmy Rollins on roids and will he get caught?
Question:This guy is only 165 pounds and had never hit more than 14 home runs coming into last year. All of the sudden he jumps to 25 last year and this year is leading the majors already having 6 including 4 outside of philly so cant blame it on small ballpark.

Just because somebody hits more homeruns in a year, you can't always suspect they are juicing. Face it, Jimmy Rollins is NOT on roids. Period.Are there are great musicians in MLB.if so who?
I see where you are going, but I don't agree. Hitting homeruns has a lot more to do with bat speed than size. Hank Aaron was not a very big guy either. Usually you see guys on roids loose their speed on the basepaths too (see Bonds' and Sosa's stolen base drop around the time we suspect they started juicing), while Rollins stolen bases have remained pretty high. I just think this guy is becoming a better power hitter at the expense of making more contact (note the drop in batting average last year with the jump in power.) So, no I don't think he is on roids.besides his hat still fits!Jimmy Rollins is not on steroids. He has good pop for a shortstop, but his game has always been about speed. Just because he's leading the majors in home runs in APRIL doesn't mean he's on steroids. I can't see why he would want to take them.

No to both questions. Smaller guys are not generally expected to go deep,so they may be challenged with more fastballs and it is the speed in which the pitcher throws, combined with how the batter is seeing the ball,also the contact they are making. The ball is coming hard enough most of the time,that even small guys can get on a (roll-ins).Who in Major League baseball determines if a fielder has committed an error?

jimmy rollins is clean. he uses a ton of leg power whwn he gits and steroids only add about 5-10 feet on a ball. his homers are going ouy by much further. also steroids dont help u make good contact and thats why jimmy is hitting them. he will probably finish with 30-35 homers if he is lucky.Let's just accuse everyone in baseball of using, ban the sport, and we all can go home happy.
