Well, you can always list those pitchers who were a career 1 - 0 or something like that. But based on at least 200 decisions, it's Pedro Martinez with a career record of 206-92 (.691).

You should restate your question based on a certain amount of decisions. The answer to your question the way it is right now is 1.000. There has to be a handful of players who just came up for a cup of coffee & left the league with a career record of 1-0.
