Do you think anyone will break the record for 73 hr in a season this year? If so...who?
Question:If A-rod and Rollins keep up this pace...they will have a chance...what do you think? Do you think they will?
Answers:
Best fastball,curveball,slider,change-up,sinker and splitter?
i defiinitely dont think justin morneau will break 73. the guys with the biggest, albeit slim, chance are a-rod,howard,big papi.getting 73 is basically averaging a homerun every 2.2 games (162/73). most players get up to bat 3-4 times a game so it would be every 12-15 at-bats. but once someone starts hitting the crap out of the ball, their official at-bats start to dwindle because of intentional walks and other unintentional walks.Does anyone know of a youth baseball team that I can enter my 13 year old son in?
Arod will have a chance before Rollins does. Besides that I don't think anyone else will be close. Everyone having a slow start this year.HELP ME IM dumB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't think anyone will but some possibilities are:Hafner
Ortiz
A-Rod
Howard
Morneau
I'm sure I forgot someone so I apologize if I did.
What's your favortie mlb team and why?
if anyone has a chance, its arod. he is having a great seasonSure, someone could break it someday. You never know how the game may change and what amazing talents will enter the game in the future. Almost every record is breakable.
As far as A-Rod and Rollins: Rollins will never come close to 73 homers unless they start building huge ballparks and he hits a ton of inside-the-park homers. A-Rod, because he is such an enormous talent, could challenge the record. However, if I were a betting man I'd bet against it.
I think Arod has a really good chance of breaking that record. He's undeniably having a great season and hitting homers left and right.
Why can't i demote pitchers in MLB 2k7?
I do not think this record will be hard to break, the 73 home run record was potentially chemically enhanced and helped by the fact that the Giants play a large number of divisional games against Colorado and Arizona and now that Colorado has the humidor effect on their balls, home run totals have dimisinshed there as an effect. Of the players reaching their prime now who have a chance, I feel that Ryan Howard could potentially challenge the record, A-Rod could challenge the record if he can stay off of the emotionally disabled list, Ortiz could challenge the record, very few others.only player i would put money on is pujols...and he has to stay completely healthy
Albert Pujols
Roger Clemens and Andy Petitte=Brokeback Mountain?
its' still april. remember chris shelton last year? arod and rollins are proven hitters though, unlike shelton, but it's hard to keep that pace all season. but yea, someone will hit 73 or more in a year. it may take years or decades but someone will do it.Do you think MLB should have the Rickey Henderson award and/or the Nolan Ryan award?
Who cares?... In my mind that "record" isn't real.More Questions & Answers...
