Have alot of catches with somebody (use it alot). Use neetsfoot oil, then wrap a ball inside it with rubber bands. After i did that, it was so soft, and immidiately broken in after a long catch.Are all new york yankee fans thugs at heart? are they jealous of boston?
use shaving cream as a substitute for the glove oil and play catch with it. Keep a ball in the glove and tie it up witha rubber band or something else.Whatever you do dont put it in the oven or microwave it will ruin the glove's leather's durability and it might make it too soft

Put a baseball or softball (depends which one u play)
Close it and put a belt around it tight
And then stick it under ur matress or pillow while u sleep
and then put glove conditioner on it
