Pitching help?
OK. Im 18 and im a pitcher. Im trying to get a knuckle ball working. I have it down enough to where the ball has no rotation, but theres not much movement. How do i get more movement, through it harder, softer ? Thanks

So the answer is throw it smarter, not faster or slower. The drawback is that anyone on base should and will steal bases on you like crazy. many things come into factors with a good knuckle ball. the arm angle. 12-6 is known to be the best. The grip your using on the ball. people with longer nails tend to have wicked knuckle balls. They sink their nails into the ball, with the release causing more breack with a Fast Motion is the best way.
