What was the Yankees worst start in a year in which they won the World Series?
What was their record for the first 2 or 3 months of that season? Thanks

Who holds the MLB career grand slam record?
Phew man. That's a hard one to look up. I searched all over, and i couldn't find much, but what i did find was the their worst record for a full season when they won the Series was 87-74 in 2000. That's their worst Win-Loss record in a year they won the World Series. What is the best formula for a good lineup in slow pitch softball?
If your looking for hope for this year then your going to be disapointed. They simply don't have a World Series caliber rotation even when they are all healthy. Pettite, Mussina, and the Rocket are simply too old. Add to that a pitcher who lacks an out pitch (Wang) and a 5th spot that they can't seem to find a guy to fill and your left with a .500 team. Their last title in 2000 was by far the worst record they've had in their 26 championship seasons at 87-74 so I would assume that season coincided with the worst start. They might get to that total this year, but 87 wins won't be good enough to get to the playoffs this year. Will the twins win their divison?
So your mother never taught you to share, right?Did you know that the Yankees didn't appear in the WS until 1921? The WS was first played in 1903.
Here are the rest of their post-season appearances. Please, please PLEASE notice the gaps and then remember what Sparky Anderson always said about sunshine and a dog's backside.

High School Baseball Players - Any recommendations on new infield gloves?
It depends on how you define a "start".If you go to:
http://www.baseball-reference.com/teams/...
you can click on a year and then click on "Schedule", you can get game by game results, along with their W/L record after each game... for example, in 2000 (their last title year) the Yankees were 28-21 at the end of May.
Do your own reseach.
