Why do cubs fans wear the bills of their hats flipped up?
Question:I was recently at a Chicago Cubs game and I saw a paper that said how to spot a Cubs fan and one of the things were that their hat is in "rally" position... then I actually saw it. Basically the bill of their hats are flipped up instead of the normal curl that is in a baseball cap... whats up with that?
