The Rays may have had the best players these past few years but the best system is that of the Dodgers.Angels and Colorado are both top notch as well.
Loney is held back only by Nomar, (and questionable power for a corner IF), but the best prospect anywhere now might be Hank Conger.
What center fielder earned a total salary of $704,769 in 13 years with the Yankees?
i would have to say the devil rays and the rockies and mayb LA D have the minor leagueWhich MLB team will finish DEAD LAST?
Oakland A's have an awesome farm system. Oakland consistantly has great young players from their farm system. Many star players like Jason Giambi and Miguel Tejada made their start in with the A's. They have since moved on to "better" teams with a bigger market.I would say the best prospect is Tim Lincecum. He's got awesome stats in the minors and his start a week or two ago in the majors wasn't too shabby either. I predict incredible things from this youngster.
The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
