If you're a hitter, 0% humidity, 65 degrees and 35 mph winds out to center.
As a pitcher, 100% humidity, either 30 degrees or 110 degrees (no where in between) and 90 mph winds in from center. Ideally, you'd like a constant clot of clouds that keeps the hitter in the sun, but you out of it.
As a fan, you want maybe 60-70 degrees, with a bit of humidity. The occasional breeze would be nice to keep you cool without getting the chills, and the breeze should always come from upwind of the hot dog vendor, although a periodic shift to bring in the scent of the salt water in from Lake Michigan or McCovey Cove is permissable. A brilliant blue sky to make the boys at Crayola jealous is a necessity, but you definitely want to keep the sun out of your eyes.
