How do you think the Yankees will do this year?
Houston Astros... while they do go out and buy a few players here and there. They don't spend nearly as much as the Yankees, because they believe in building team chemistry from within'... If you look at the roster. a lot of the current Astros players have been brought up through their farm system...including: Lance Berkman, Roy Oswalt, Hunter Pence, Morgan Ensberg, Brad Lidge, Adam Everett (after a trade with Boston), Craig Biggio, Jason Lane, Luke Scott.Then Yankees simply cannot boast that... or come anywhere near that... they buy players from different teams and hope the chemistry builds from there... It doesn't always work that way...and it hasn't yet. But in 2005, after starting 15-30, the Astros made it to the World Series (sure they were using a few imports: Clemens, Pettitte, and Beltran... but the core was Astros blood through and through...and I think they can make it back to the World Series BEFORE the Yankees do.)

The Astros for sure. Lifelong fan, and I have always hated the Yankees. Jeter is the only one on that team that earns his paycheck. They are almost all overpaid and they are certainly underachievers.More Questions & Answers...
