A-Rod is one of the few players of today that is a sure lock for the Hall of Fame and, since anyone who plays in New York is glorified even more than their abilities sometimes warrant, he will want to play where he can get the most press coverage. He already has more money than the gross national income of Puerto Rico so why should money be the determining factor? No, I say he stays in New York, endures the scorn of those idiotic Yankee fans, and cements his place in history.Is there a jersey number that only one player has ever worn but it is not a retired number?
i think that based on his performance this year, he is finally tuning out his critics and deciding to just bear down and focus...if he can maintain that stance for the entire season, i believe he will stay in new york, but if the he allows the fans to get to him again, it will likely convince him to leaveI am coaching little league for the first time.
