keep doin' practice!Where is your favorite place to sit at the baseball park ?
Keep practicing and pray!exercise your arm and legs and work on your motion, specifically your leadoff so you can get more of your weight behind the pitch. but at 14 you shouldn't rush it. your still young and there's no reason to put your arm in jeopardy.

Believe it or not you should give your arm plenty of rest. Your muscles can only grow stronger when they are given time to recuperate from I assume strenous arm exercises. What MLB team has the most loyal fans?

They key is to not injure your arm. You are too young to push the issue. Your velocity for your age is above average. You can practice your motion with a small (probably 2-5 pound weight) with keeping your arm fully extended and going slowly for 5 minute intervals 3 times in about an hour every other day. After you do this, put ice on your shoulder and elbow (even if it doesn't hurt) for about 20-25 minutes. This may be just enough for you. If you feel any unusual discomfort, stop immediately. You will gain more velocity naturally over your next few years. Good Luck! Why did ppl spit on me when i wore a boston red sox hat 2 new york?

Long catch, a Met's pitcher increased his fastball over 5-10 mph, by just throwing in the outfield, playing catch.More Questions & Answers...
