first time match-ups usually favor good pitching.a-rods confidence is way up there right now so its hard to tell.if a-rod gets a good third or fourth look at him he might do something but the real test will be the third or fourth game they face each other.look at what the redsox have done lately to rivera.i stopped watchin the damn game after he came in last night i thought my sox were done.but its like the umpteenth time theyve seen him so he isnt that intimidating anymore.and when his stuff aint up to par they shred him.so time will tell.A - Rod might not hit a homer off of Dice - K, but I expext 3 for 4, with 2 doubles should suit him fine against Matsuzaka.
