Can you still get the $5 tickets to the Cardinals games the morning befoere the games??

Question:You used to could wait in line in front of the stadium at like 7AM before each cardinal game and get Tickets for that evening game for $5 a ticket and only 2 per person. I was just wondering if they still did that?
