Definitely. The biggest reason is the weakness of the Central Division. Also, the way the rotation is set-up it will be very difficult to have a long losing streak. There is also depth in the minors. The biggest question mark will be Ned Yost. Too often he tries to be Bobby Cox but he doesn't realize he is not managing the Braves of 13 straight Division crowns.
How do you think the Phillies will end up this year? Playoffs? Wild Card? NL champs?
Im sure that they'll make the playoffs. They are a team that many people are sleeping on. As far as passing the first round will be a great test for them. The other thing is that they are a team with super young players. Not many have the experience to have a streak in the playoffs. This is a team that when they face someone big, they will absolutley fall over hype.
