What about the brewers?

Question:do you think the brewers will run out of steam? look what happned to the mavericks. i just think that the sleeprs will be the big teams this year.

Answers:

Which MLB teams didn't put the players names on the uniforms?

Well the brewers so far are having a terrific year and i don't think they will be like Dallas and lose to a number 8Th seed. The way Milwaukee is playing baseball right now there going to be tough to beat i mean Jake peavy is a terrific pitcher and prince fielder is a power hitter like a-rod or David Ortiz so i think they will do good throughout the season. That's my thoughts

Who was the catcher when Tom Seaver threw his only career no hitter?

Best team in baseball right now. This coming road trip will tell a lot.

The box score shows how many pitches were for strikes and how many total.?

No way. They have a few guys like Sheets and Weeks who haven't been doing that great. So once those guys hit their stride they could be doing even better. They have a pretty solid team, built on hitting. So when one guy slumps, one guy picks up the slack. I don't think they're getting enough credit. Yost has done a great job.

Where can i find some mens small Baseball jerseys?

As a huge Brewer's fan, I'd say there is a possibility that they will run out of steam, however, they've got some great players who despite their current hot streaks, should stay pretty consistent all season. J.J. Hardy was hurt for awhile last year and has had an amazing beginning of the season. Prince is consistent at first, although he strikes out a lot. If Weeks stays healthy he'll be great. Estrada has been awesome behind the plate and not to mention Sheets/Capuano/Suppan/Vargas and the closers Turnbow/Cordero the pitching has been awesome.

The brewers are going to make a good run this year. They are a young team, but currently have the talent and the hot streaks to keep them atop the legaue for quite sometime.

What world series matchup do you think would get the biggest tv ratings this year?

They have a strong shot at winning the division as long as they stay healthy. Their SP has had a tendency to break down due to injuries, but they complement that well with an overall young roster. Not only do I think thay are a legitiment contender this year, they have young talent that could put them in a spot to do well for years to come.

Peter Rose / Mark McGwire / Barry Bonds ?

They don't have enough firepower. But they do have a great ballpark and sausages

Which is better?

they will make it to playoffs than get killed

Players that are hurting there team by not retiring?

I had this exact conversation today. My answer was that my first thought was that they would, but they are winning so impressively.I think this is their year

Why was Adam Dunns homer a homer and not an error?

They'll continue to contend this season, for the first time in 15 years. They could well make it to post-seaon, for the first time in 25 years. But they won't get ot the WS, not this season. By the end of this decade, yes, but not this season.

No, I'm not jumping on any bandwagon. I've been saying this since November.

Who should win MVP for baseball? exept A-Rod?

I'm a Cardinals fan and so far this season, the NL Central standings have been upside down compared to what we're used to seeing. I think the Brewers are for real, though. This weekend series at the Mets will tell us a lot about them.

They have a lot of young talent on that team that has finally matured enough that they can really perform. And they also have some experienced guys like Sheets, Suppan, Counsell, and Graffanino to add stability. (My 10 year old daughter does a great Craig Counsell imitation, btw). I hope my Redbirds get on track, but even if they do, they're going to have a hard time catching the Brewers this year.

Oh, yeah, one more thing. Francisco Cordero is un-freaking-believable. If Milwaukee takes the lead into the 9th, you may as well pack up and head for home because he is lights out this year. I mean, 15 saves already! and with a 0.54 ERA! That's just nuts!

If the bases are loaded and the walk the batter does it counts as an RBI for that batter?

It's over for the Brewers, just look at their upcoming schedule.

Who wins tonight?

The Brewers have a good chance to run away with the Central the way the division looks currently. If they keep up with the way they have been playing they will have a good October run ahead of them.

The thing with sports lately is not always the best team winning it all. Look at least year's champ. The Cardinals were alright during the regular season while almost losing everything down the stretch. They turned it all around in the playoffs and won it all.

The Brewers have as good a shot as anyone this early in the season. Don't count anyone out and don't think they're a sure thing.

I just want to say that Jeff Suppan is not a spectacular pitcher, but rather a solid pitcher that should last the whole season and provide quality starts all year. He's not overpowering, but he gets outs using the team behind him as much as possible. The Brewers are a much improved team and are capable of making this season one to remember.

Jeremy Bonderman for Adam Dunn??

The brewers have a great pitching staff and that is why they're winning so many games. Pitching wins championships so i don't doubt that they could go far this year. The hitting isn't bad either with a group of young players who are showing up big time right now so it is hard to know if the hot hitting will continue. I just hope they have their first winning year since 1992.

Who is team to watch in second half of season? cardinals? yankees?

They will come back down to earth soon. They will remain playoff contenders all season, but in the end, will likely not make it.

Do the cubs have a chance this year?

What do you want to know about them?? They are in first place by a healthy margin in their division, are getting some great pitching, and some very timely hitting. Need more be said??

Chow!!

How can I tell if my softball bat is broken?

They will win their division. Remember this is a team that has not even MADE the playoffs in 25 years, so just getting there will be something to celebrate.
