Baseball hitting is mainly triceps, forearms, and abs.
Tricep extensions, bench press, military press, forearm curls, lat raises are all good for these areas.
Russian twists are my favorite medicine ball ab workout. Also, doing a situp with the medicine ball over your head and then throwing it to your partner who throws it back to you (repeat) is a great exercise.
