Why are the undersides of most brims of baseball caps green?
Question:Am I wrong? Aren't most of them green underneath? Please tell me why.

Most hats that I have owned have been grey underneath.I don't recall seeing any green under the caps. They are usually a gray color.

I dont think they are anymore. Back in the 80's (i believe) most of the undersides were green. why...because fashion was funky im guessing? haha but now a days they are either grey or match the color of the hat.As of this year, all official MLB baseball hats are black under the brims. This is so that dirt and grime don't show up as easily, and to reduce glare when catching fly balls.
