I don't think so. This is not biased. I personally think the Rocket will hurt the Yanks more than he will help them.Here's why:
The Yankees bull pen have been used more than any other team in the majors, on pace to use nearly 700 innings from their bull pen. Luckily, their rookies have stepped up. Now that they have paid 28M for the rocket, they will HAVE to put him in. Good for them and their bull pen, right? Wrong.
The Rocket averaged 6 innings a start in the NL Central last year. Not that bad. However, it is VERY well known that the NL Central is completely inferior to the AL East in every category, ESPECIALLY hitting. If the Rocket could make 100 pitches last 6-7 innings in the NL Central, add one year and a tougher league and he will be throwing 4-6 on average. This will devastate an already stressed bull pen. I see arm injuries in the Yanks' young guns, and lots of them.
Soon, their bull pen will be crippled, thanks to the Rocket. Their offense will be useless with a bull pen of scrubs.

Although the Yankees' pitching isn't in the greatest shape right now, they may find ways out of it. It's still a little early in the season to play the guessing game, but I think if the Yankees really get their head in the game and with a lot of support, they will catch up to the Red Sox. The Red Sox are doing very well this early in the season, and even though I'm a Yankees fan, I respect that.

I don't think that the will because the yankees are having a bad season... i know that it's early in the year but i don't think that they will get any better.
