Question:Are you kidding? Suing the driver of the car that stalled on the road?? A tow truck driver doing a nice thing and helping someone gets sued also? What in the world is wrong with people. Don't mention that his son was A) drunk B) on a cell phone C)speeding D) not wearing a seat belt E) had marijuana in the car. Why not sue GM/Ford (insert car maker here) for not personally buckling him into the car?

What an *** hole. Trying to punish good people for your kids mistakes. Sue everybody that crossed your loser sons path that day. Restaurant and manager maybe ok because they should have cut him off when it was obvious he wasnt going to stop himself. But to sue the guy whos car stalled after being spun by a different driver, the towing company and its driver for stopping to help? Come on thats just stupid. This is why people dont help others these days. As a lifelong Cardinals fan, even I found this to be a shocking development to say the least. I am sorry for the Hancocks, but every single circumstance that contributed to his death could have been avoided if he simply accepted the bartender's offer to get him a taxi. Dumb, dumb lawsuit. The lawsuit against the driver of the parked car will be dropped. No judge in his right mind would allow this to proceed. Same probably with the tow-truck driver.A month ago - people were saying bad things about us who felt no sympathy for Josh Hancock. They said things like "think about his family". Well, this is what I think about his family - they are greedy pigs who I hope suffer more pain! Trying to get rich off the death of their son who was drunk, stoned and on the phone. And the "they kept feeding my baby drinks" argument is a crock. Hancock was a grown man. Not a 21 year old kid even. With a history of drinking too much.
I say that I file suit against Hancocks dad because my wife and kid drove in from Chicago to go to the game, and it was cancelled. I want money for the wasted trip, and psychological damages it caused the kid not being able to go to the game after all. Make the old man suffer. My only question - why has he not sued the team yet? I mean - they had beer in the clubhouse. So they can lift that ban now since he was boozing it up at the bar, not in the stadium.
