Are there any "outdoor" ballpark's in Japan? Like in their Pro Baseball League's? Cuz I've only seen domes..

Several teams play in open parks - by my count, 8 of the 13 NPB stadiums are open-air. Several of the more successful teams (such as the Yomiuri Giants) play indoors, so that may be why you've seen domes more often. The link below has a list of stadiums.
