Which baseball team is the best?

Question:why?

Can an umpire ump a family member game or a girlfriend/boyfriend kid game?

The New York Yankees are the best team in baseball.

Once the pitching rotation comes off of the disabled list, they will prove to be the best "team" in baseball. The Yankees have removed the moody players from their team and are poised to make a strong showing this year. A-Rod finally has his head on straight and he knows his role. Derek Jeter will have a strong second half and Bobby Abreu, Johnny Damon, Jason Giambi and Jorge Posada will join Melky and Cano in having fantastic seasons. A former player will rejoin the team .but it wont be the Rocket. Maybe Bernie 51.??

Who do you think is hoter of the twins in harry potter george or fred?

IF your talking all time then there is no argument, its the Yankees. Love them or hate them you can't argue with all those championships. If your looking at just this years team then its a lot tougher issue. My pick would be the Mets. They have the best lineup 1-8 with the weakest hitters being Shawn Green and Jose Valentin who are both decent hitters. The rotation isn't great but should be good enough especially if Pedro can come back strong in the last couple months. Glavine can still anchor a rotation and Maine, Pelfrey, and Perez will be good enough with that lineup behind them. The bullpen is solid but not spectacular with Wagner, Heilman, Feliciano, and Burgos. They have been hurt by injuries already on the staff but should still have more than enough to make a deep run in the playoffs if not win it all.

How successful are submarine pitchers?

sadly the Chicago Cubs. They have wonderful pitchers this year. Hill with a ERA of .045 Amazing. That have hitters too, Barret, Lee, Ramirez, DeRosa, Cedeno, and even Zambrano with the HR the other week. i see great things in there future!

If Tim McCarver is such a genius, why hasn't he been offered or accepted a managers job?

Historically it's the New York Yankees, as they have the most World Series rings in all of baseball (26 I believe).

At present, a real argument could be made for the White Sox, the Twins, the Indians, and the Tigers. All have good young talent. Chicago - Bobby Jenks, Brian Anderson, Jon Danks(sp?). Minesota - Maur, Morneau, Loriano(sp?). Cleveland -Siezemore. Tigers - Verlander. All have good rotations and a better bullpen. All have at least two major hitters. Chicago - Thome, Konerko, Dye. Minesota - Maur, Morneau. Cleveland -Siezemore, Hafner, Martinez. Tigers - Sheffield, Rodriegez, Ordonez. Chicago, Minesota, and Detriot also won 90 or more games last year. On top of it all, they're all competative and in the same division, and all of whom are able to accomplish this without spending the most money in baseball.

The Yankees and Red Sox lose out because they've lost a lot of postseason power. Other then 2004, the Red Sox haven't made the World Series and won it enough to justify their payroll, and the Yankees haven't even been to the World Series since they lost to the Marlins, and in 2005, and 2006, they lost in the first round. 05 - lost to Anahiem. 06 - lost to Detriot.

Twins fans, are you going to miss hearing Herb Carniel calling games for the Twins?

Can anyone tell me how to block out the lights when playing baseball in the outfield?

It's gotta be the Mets. They have an easy path through the National League and a lineup and bullpen that can dominate in any seven game playoff series.

World Series Prediction: Mets over Tigers in 6.

Any San Diego Padres Fans out there? Answer me this...?

In my opinion i think the Chicago Whitesox ...1 because i play on the Whitesox in my baseball leauge and 2 really because they have the mentality of the game and have a great potential and the World Series this year...GO WHITESOX!!
