No. Montreal was a huge failure as they got no fan support. Toronto is steadily going in the same direction as they are unable to get fan support because they are completely unable to win in a Boston and NY controlled AL East. i no its not even popular there there lucky to hav the blue jays. pretty much the only good candian baseball players r justin morneau and erik bedardHonestly, I think that there is a pretty wide baseball fan base in Edmonton and, if there was to be an expansion to another Canadian city, it would probably be that one.
But, yeah, I'm sure that Ice Fishing, Curling and Hockey get boring after a while, especially since they're all winter sports...

Evidently all those hockey fans in Canada must have missed the memo on how boring their country is because their country only has one ML baseball team. Hey man, the Canadians dig hockey, in general that is the sport of choice in Canada. Sure they have the Blue Jays in Toronoto, and there are Canadians that follow the NFL and the CFL, but hockey rules up there.Also for the most part, the general culture of Canada is very similar the US. They share similar interests watch the same movies, listen to a lot of the music that Americans do, etc. Most mid-class Canadians lead a similar life-style to their counterparts here.
