Was trading Kaz the wrong move?
Question:Did the Mets make the right move trading the developing Kaz Matsui to have the struggling Jose Valentin Play?
Answers:
and no it wasn't a mistake, there was pressure on Kaz in New York he went to Colorado, didn't have to play shortstop, like when he started out. Now with less pressure plays better. He was terrible whether at 2nd or SS, in NY, But he's fine in Colorado
but it doesn't effect the mets. They are good, with not that great pitching. Willie Randolph is a good manager

I think there was many expectations for the former Japanese star turned Mets infielder. Perhaps, the was distracted by what the media was saying. Only time will tell if trading him to the Rockies was a good move.Who has the record for the fastest pitch ever thrown? And how fast was it?
no way because kaz faded and lost intrest quickly after all the errors and lack of production at the top of the order and bottom and also he was getting booed and no one wants to hear that in the mets stadium.. and jose valentin is yes old but yet he still brings it and takes good cuts and has more pick up and leadership than matsui ever did or will.Detroit Tigers Stadium seating question?
irrelevent your honor! if you want to know the kaz the mets traded that was a mistake, see scott kazmir. NOW that's a blunder! your deal is apples for apples..matsui may do better in a new environment but i dont think he would have done a thing in the bright lights of new york. just my op though, i could be wrong..What constitutes a non-save situation?
I do not think it was the wrong move. Valentine produces, Kaz is always hurt and its hard to produce when you are hurt.More Questions & Answers...
