Why Directtv does not show all the Yankee games on HD?

Question:If YES network says that all the yankee games are in that format, and we pay our superfan suscription, live in NY and all that stuff, why we are not able to see all the games on HD?
That is simply atrocious.
Is any company that show all the Yankee games in that format?
