I think you need to make your question a bit more clear. The game is tied after 9 innings. A new pitcher enters the game in the bottom of the tenth. Then you say " his team " scores a run. His team being the new pitchers team ? which means it that team had to come to bat, so it is now the 11th inning ? In any case, the pitcher who pitched the inning in which the team took the lead would get the win if they held on for the win, as the home team would have one more at bat. If he was relieved, the third pitcher would get the save if, again, they held on to win the game. The pitcher that threw the first 9 innings gets a no decisionooops. my bad.
