Best place to watch a baseball game?

If it's a day game and it's going to be sunny, don't forget the sunscreen.
A baseball cap and glove are must-haves for any kid at any major league game.
Don't forget to buy him a souvenir or two. Definitely get a program, and get something a little durable (like a mini bat) that'll last a bit and he can remember his first major league game.

How much would a Red Schoendienst autographed baseball be worth?

just a glove, if its a day game a hat and if you have one a team jersey.

In a baseball box score what does "BF" mean for a pitcher?

You need to bring a lot of money! Ballgames cost about 150$ a person these days...binaculars, even if you have great seats.other than that, just enjoy.

Do triple A ball players and minor leaguers get paid? if so...How much?

Depending on where your seats are you may want to consider bringing sunglasses and/or binoculars, (so he can see the players up close). Other than that you probably don't want to "overload" yourself with too many items. You can purchase a variety of souvenir items at the ballpark, (pennants, programs, etc.), but don't expect "discount prices" on anything. Of course you'll have to get him a hot dog for his first game. I hope that both of you have a terrific time at the game.

Does anyone have vector logos of NY Yankees and FL Gators?

Take lots of food with you, unless you want to spend all your money on food at the game...

Hey Yankee Fans?

Me! I like milf's.
Just kidding - bring sunscreen - you can get the top of your legs burned pretty bad sitting in the sun (that is if it is a day game). Other than that - bring cash. Things are expensive. Maybe bring a bottle or two of water in with you.
Enjoy.

What's a utility player in baseball?

Sun screen, hats and sunglasses for both of you, for a start.

If you're on a tight budget, take your own meals. Ballpark "food" is expensive and is generally full of salt, grease, etc, all of the things that you don't want him eating.

Cash to pay for a souvenir if he wants one.

Your tickets, of course.

He's only 6, so he can't carry that much. You'll be in a big crowf, and you'll want him holding your hand so that you don't lose track of him, so you won't be able to carry that much, either. And he takes his glove if he wants to. He probably will want to, but it's up to him.

Will Mike Shannon's restaurant be sued for the death of St. Louis Pitcher Josh Hancock?

Depending upon the ballpark you either can or cannot bring food in. I know when I lived in Phoenix I could bring in bottled water in a sealed bottle and a bag peanuts and obviously other foods. Great way to save money. bc ballpark prices be expensive
Next get to your seats early and then locate the nearest bathroom so that you know where it is when the time comes to go.
A glove is a great idea but it should be used more for self-defense than for actually catching a ball.
It is really important to your personal safety that you see the ball coming off the bat.
Foul balls get up into the stands really fast and often have a lot of topspin on them. Do not try to catch them, get out of the way.
Only catch them after they have caromed of a person or two .
Many years ago I saw a girl get her nose broken after being hit by a foul tip from a Ron Guidry fastball. She was just shooting the breeze with somebody and not paying attention. Pay attention
Not all areas of the ballpark are equally prone to foul balls
Bleachers aren't , the upper deck especially down the lines are pretty safe , but man field level boxes down the lines are susceptible to those wicked low line drives
BTW if you catch the ball you do get to keep it and it is ballpark custom that if an adult male catches a ball he gives to the nearest cute kid w/ a glove. Failure to do so will incur the ire of the crowd.
My personal favorite area for watching a game at any ballpark is within a section or two of being directly behind home plate and either directly above or directly below the press level
I was six when I went to my first game at the old Yankee Stadium in August of 1959
Just an amazing experience , Have fun and enjoy the game
