You question is vague, hard to answer. If it is your hitting, you need to learn to watch the spin of the threads after the pitcher releases it. The threads can tell you alot about what pitch is coming. If it is your hitting, always remember that in baseball even a failing precentage is considered good. Getting a hit 3 out of 10 tries is a .300 batting average and considred good. If it is your defense, practice and don't be afraid of the ball.
