Would the rangers be better in a pitchers park?

Question:I heard Peter Gammons say. Pitchers can't develope in that park and Free Agents pitchers don't want to go there.

i agree with peter, and it's also true of the rockies...no pitcher wants to go either place because their ERA would skyrocket and it would make them less valuable when their contract would be up...both of those clubs have the hitting to do some damage, but because of their pitching problems and the ballparks they play in they will likely never win a world series, unless and until they move
