Abs and legs excerises at home?
Question:what are some good workouts i can do at home to strengthen my abs and legs using dumbells

Why doesn't Major league Baseball do something about all of these steroid users?
For the abs:1) Curl Ups
2) Sit Ups (Basically almost the same as Curl Ups)
3) Flexibility, your verticle and so on
Legs:
1) Run, run, run
2) Down-Ups (Kneel down and get back up over and over again.)
These are all I can think of for home.
