What team has the worst looking uniforms?
Don't make it too complicated...Does Maddux have huge legs or a big arm? He threw 95 when he was younger and still throws in the mid-80's. Pitching is about form and location.
Definitely build up your legs (stamina and drive) and throw long toss every other day. Then stretch daily and throw simulated games but don't throw till your sore. Work on hitting your spots and making the ball move (finger pressure does wonders for a fast balls movement). Good Luck!
push-ups and pull-ups. lots of 'em. have fun!
What is the record for the most piches in one at bat?
Throw a ball as far as you can untill your arm gets sore or untill your arm is strong enough... practice, practice, practice. That's all anyone can really say.

Who in the mlb can pitch over 101 mph?
DO NOT THROW TILL UR SORE. thta will mess up ur arm. i pitch. last year i threw 56 mph. over the summer i worked on my form and lifted weights like mad. warm up before u throw and try to throw more and more pitches per day. try developing off speed as well. now i throw 74. trust me weights work well. good luck. How much do mlb umpires make a year?
Here's the deal. I pitched for 14 years, and the answer is not throwing a hundred pitches a day. If you do that you will not have an arm left. Lifting weights is a good start. Going out and just throwing the ball around can help to. The thing is pitching isn't all arm. You have to use your lower body to. Alot of it is rotating your hips as you throw the ball. I do suggest start weight lifting atleast three times a week. Alot of resistance training helps. As you work out your upper body, you want to do the same with your lower body. Why is there so many baseball games in a season.?
ok first off all the answers i read are dumb. They didnt have weights when koufax or ruth were playing but those guys were strong.
Stetching, throwing, work out your rotator cuff with a resistance band and run stairs and situps
thats all youll ever need besides perfect mechanics.
Runners run to get quicker, swimmers swim to get faster, pitchers pitch to throw harder.
